Job Description:


Perform various administrative duties to support the sales and brokerage investment area of the Trust Department. Maintain investment account records, and provide top-notch customer service to our customers. Gather and complete forms for investment companies. Generate new LPL accounts from appointments and complete account checklists. Process customer transactions in a timely, accurate manner, adhering to established Bank regulations, policies and procedures.

Eligibility factors:

Candidate will possess the ability to develop strong customer relationships. Must possess good oral communication skills and grammar; be professional in appearance, pleasant, courteous, and a good listener. Candidate must be self-motivated with excellent administrative skills.

Skills/education/experience required:

Minimum high school graduate, office education preferred; two years in banking or related field with experience in Customer Service, Investments, or Sales a plus. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions; and ability to operate a PC utilizing Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
